RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for most unused items in their original condition. All returns must include original tags and packaging. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO RETURN
- Visit our Return Portal at kjpstyle.com to initiate your return.
- Follow the instructions to generate your return label.
- Package your items securely and attach the provided label.
- Drop off your package at the designated carrier location.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale items (marked as such at purchase)
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Gift cards
- Used or damaged items

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
